An inspiring workshop to help you improve the physical condition, range of motion and general flexibility of your fingers and hands. Swami Saradananda will present exercises of invaluable assistance to you if you sit at a desk and/or work at a computer – or if you play a musical instrument. They are designed to enhance the power, dexterity and coordination of your hands by increasing the circulation and flow of energy. 

Presenter Bio

Swami Saradananda is an internationally-renowned yoga and meditation teacher who inspires you to want to practise. Her classes are practical as well as theoretical in nature – and always enlightening! She has authored the books "Chakra Meditation", "The Essential Guide to Chakras" “The Power of Breath”, “Mudras for Modern Life”, “The Cleansing Power of Yoga” and “Sitting Comfortably: preparing the mind and body for peaceful meditation”. In addition to teaching and writing, Swami Saradananda has spent extensive time doing personal practice in the Himalayas. She holds an MA degree in ‘Traditions of Yoga and Meditation’ from SOAS (School of Oriental and African Studies), University of London.
