Join Harriet Emily for a grounding and healing sound journey with the drums, crystal bowls and other instruments to ignite a deep sense of rootedness, strength and clarity from within. The journey will begin with a meditation to ground your energy, before taking you on a guided sound journey to connect you with your truth and power. Harriet's beautiful singing will also bring heart-centering energy to your MBS day.
Join Harriet later on in the Alchemy of Sound tent at 1.30pm for a deeper return to the truth.
Presenter Bio
With 10 years of experience in the wellness industry, Harriet has held hundreds of events across the globe and is known for hosting some of London's best well-being events. Her lifelong passion for wellness and meditation is central to her work and this passion is infused into every project and service that she provides. She is proud to have collaborated with some of the world's most reputable brands and businesses. In 2022 Harriet launched her private studio and London residency within the Harrods Wellness Clinic and in 2023, was announced as an ambassador for Meinl Sonic Energy.
