How can meditation can help us in times of struggle? Gelong Thubten will share insights from Buddhist philosophy that provide methods for working with life’s challenges. We will explore how regular meditation practice can help us transform our thoughts, emotions and reactions, so that our problems and suffering can become steps on our journey to liberation. Topics will include exploring the nature of fear and anxiety, and how to become more fearless, establishing and maintaining a daily meditation practice, working with pain and suffering, developing compassion and cultivating the power of forgiveness.
