Accidental Middle Age Influencer and Menopause Mindset Shifter Lou Featherstone will be taking you on a wild ride. After years of being told she is 'too much' and losing her identity in marriage and motherhood, Lou is on a mission to empower women to find their confidence and seize their midlife power. She’ll take you on her radical journey to self-love in the hopes of inspiring your own liberation from the damn rule book we are handed as young women and men. Join us for a laugh!
Presenter Bio
Lu in LuLuland, AKA Lou Featherstone is a 50-something mom on a mission to help women of all ages unlock their potential and become as confident as they can be. Hence, the Self Love Revolution Tour!
She's the founding member of the Zero Fucks Club, a sex-positive movement that helps others grow old disgracefully. To do that, she's hoping to tour the world in her beloved vintage Bluebird bus, busting myths about midlife and menopause along the way. Better yet, the bus will be with us at the festival - go and find it near the Wellbeing Studio!
