A gentle 45-minute midday class designed to help you reset, recharge, and return to your day feeling balanced.
The practice is based on balancing yang and yin energies, moving from an active flow that builds warmth and circulation into slower, grounding postures that invite stillness and restoration.
We will close with mantra chanting. Chanting together can amplify the vibration of sound, helping to quiet the mind, uplift energy, and create a shared sense of connection and calm.
All levels are welcome. Adaptations and variations will be offered throughout, so everyone can practise in a way that feels supportive and accessible. Come as you are!
Ingrid's Yoga journey began when she was thirteen years old. By the age of seventeen, she joined her first 200-hour Yoga teacher training and started sharing the practice with close friends and family, while pursuing a career in advertising. After a decade in the corporate world, she chose in 2020 to change paths and dedicate herself fully to the spiritual practice of Yoga. In 2023, Ingrid moved to London to deepen her studies and expand her practice in a new country. Since then, she has continued learning and studying with great teachers from around the world. She is a certified instructor in Ashtanga, Rocket, Hatha, MyoYin, Yin, and Prenatal Yoga. She is also an Amadeu Shamanic Reiki Master, crystal healer, sound healer, and a devoted student of Vedic chanting and Vedanta.
