For the last part of the session, you'll be invited to lie down to experience the blissful crystal bowls for yourself, with the intention to bring you back into alignment with balance, wellness and harmony.
Presenter Bio
From touring in a girl-band to playing crystal singing bowls across the globe, Holly’s journey has always been guided by the music in her soul. Now a sound healer and founder of the global Sound Sisters Community, Holly helps women reconnect with their light through sacred sound and embodied practice. Holly has trained over three hundred women in sound healing, and teaches at events, workshops and festivals worldwide. Her debut album Luminous Shadow and healing singles like Moment with the Sun reflect her mission: to lead the world gently back to love, peace, and inner power.
