This work can be emotional, but it is deeply freeing and offers a powerful taste of the life-changing work at the heart of HOST.
Presenter Bio
Lauren and David are the Founders of HOST, an online platform and community serving the expansion and healing of others. HOST trains and qualifies aspiring coaches in all healing modalities, such as shadow work, inner-child healing, breathwork, Reiki, and Somatics. HOST also runs the Healers Embodiment Program, which takes clients on a journey of self-discovery, helping them clear emotional blocks and rewire their subconscious minds to empower them to live a fulfilling life. Reiki Masters and shadow work coaches, David and Lauren have helped 1000s of people heal and find safety in themselves and their bodies, teaching practical knowledge and empowering others with the tools to truly impact their lives for the better.
