Coming Home to the Body is an embodied movement experience designed to reconnect you with vitality, sensation, and presence from the inside out.
This session invites you to move beyond form and into feeling, awakening the body’s natural rhythms through fluid, intuitive movement that feels grounding, enlivening, and deeply nourishing.
Rather than pushing or performing, the practice encourages you to listen inwardly, allowing energy to circulate, pulse, and awaken in its own intelligent way. Movement is guided yet spacious, leaving room for curiosity, pleasure, and personal expression.
The session concludes with a short guided meditation to integrate the experience, leaving you feeling centred, alive, and at home in your body.
