This talk will explore the concept of the mother wound through the lens of both energetic inheritance and early childhood imprinting. Look at how experiences of emotional absence, ancestral trauma, or perceived rejection can give rise to limiting beliefs like “I’m not good enough” or “I’m not worthy.”
Sarah will guide the audience through a gentle but powerful Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) or “tapping” sequence—a trauma-informed somatic tool that calms the nervous system and clears emotional blocks. Tapping uses specific acupressure points to safely bring buried emotion to the surface and allow for compassionate release. It’s a deeply accessible practice that helps us regulate our bodies and reprogram our beliefs.
