It is practical as well as theoretical. Participants will learn about the subtle energies in the hands and each finger. They will also be encouraged to put this information into practice using their own hands.

She has taught yoga for many years and has authored the books "Mudras for Modern Life", "Chakra Meditation", "The Power of Breath", "The Essential Guide to Chakras", "The Cleansing Power of Yoga" and "Sitting Comfortably: preparing the mind and body for peaceful meditation".
