Presenter Bio

Nikki Antonaccio is an award-winning trauma-informed nutritionist, disordered eating specialist and nutrition psychology coach. She helps women reconnect with their bodies, regulate stress, and reclaim their health and wellbeing through a compassionate approach that brings together women’s health, emotional wellbeing and sustainable self-care.
