Through the healing and loving vibrations of the shamanic drum, gong, chimes and Himalayan bowls you are guided on a journey home, to connect with the resonance of your heart. Presenter Bio
Zoe is a dedicated and passionate yoga teacher and sound practitioner. Holding space for students with yoga and sound for presence, self-care, and mindful living. Her teaching is warm, playful, and deeply nourishing, inviting students to find joy in the present moment. Zoe loves to curate yin yoga sessions with resonating sounds to honour stillness and reconnect with our natural rhythm in a fast-paced world.
