Through breathwork and somatic awareness, participants are invited to engage with the process of letting go and becoming. They are gently guided to stay present with what arises, allowing inner cycles to complete and new energy to emerge.
The session focuses on restoring a sense of agency by strengthening the capacity to self-regulate and move through uncertainty with greater steadiness and self-trust.
