There comes a season when the body begins to speak in new ways. Sleep shifts. Emotions rise and fall. Heat moves through without warning. In the midst of it all, the breath remains, steady, patient, and always available.
This class is a quiet pause in the middle of change. Through guided breathwork, we explore how breathing can become an anchor: something to return to when the nervous system feels overwhelmed, when the mind won’t settle, or when the body asks for gentleness rather than effort. The practices are slow, soothing, and accessible, designed to invite ease rather than push for results.
Each session unfolds as a space to listen inward, soften tension, and rebuild trust in the body’s natural rhythms. Over time, the breath becomes a companion, offering moments of calm, clarity, and renewed vitality that extend far beyond the class itself. This is not about fixing what is changing, but about meeting it with presence, compassion, and breath.
Rhiannon Silver-Gilmore is an AoB-qualified, trauma-informed Conscious Connected Breathwork Practioner, working at the tender intersection between body and breath, where alchemy unfolds and our innate wholeness is remembered. Through this embodied practice, Rhiannon holds space for deep transformation, inviting the body to de-armour and sovereignty to emerge. She is also a Red School-trained Menstruality Mentor, bringing a deep, lived knowledge of the cyclical body and the wise relationship between its physiology and spirit. In both 1:1 and group sessions, participants often describe feeling profoundly safe and supported as they journey into resourcing aspects of themselves, discovering inner strength, softness, and self-connection that had long been waiting to be met. Rhiannon believes that connecting with embodied sacred states invites us into a fuller, more harmonious experience of our physiology, where spirit and body meet in wholeness.
