Rachael Richards is a highly experienced Breathwork Facilitator and Yoga Teacher, and the founder of Wild Willow Wellbeing. With an intuitive and compassionate approach, she creates safe, grounding spaces where people can reconnect with their bodies, release emotional blockages, and gently heal through embodied breath and movement. After beginning her career as a lawyer, Rachael experienced a journey to her truest purpose, guided by yoga, breathwork, and meditation practices that have supported her physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing for over 15 years. She is deeply passionate about sharing these simple yet powerful tools and empowering others to access their own inner peace, resilience, and innate healing capacity. Based in London and teaching internationally, Rachael facilitates breathwork and yoga sessions at festivals, retreats, workshops, and corporate events, as well as online and in person. She believes the breath is one of our most accessible and transformative pathways to wellbeing, balance, and inner peace.
