With a background in journalism, PR, and entertainment, she has worked across campaigns for Fortune 500 brands and A-list Hollywood artists, and her writing has appeared in The Telegraph, The Independent, Teen Vogue, Grazia, Metro, Glamour, Refinery29, People and Elle among many others. She completed her 400-hour trauma-informed breathwork facilitator training with Alchemy of Breath, which is accredited by the Federation of Holistic Therapies, the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, and the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance, and now guides safe and supportive breath journeys for creative inspiration, emotional release, and deeper presence for her clients all over the world.
