The transition into the next phase of women’s lives can feel like a great mystery with so many changes happening to the body at once. This workshop will de-mystify perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause so that you understand not only what’s happening to your body, and how to best use food, movement and lifestyle changes to tackle these changes. You will come away with a better understanding of your hormones, the four phases of perimenopause, menopause and how nutrition and lifestyle changes can help.
