Join this Body Positive Vinyasana Flow session. Noble Flow is Donna's take on Vinyasa yoga class that flows with your breath and feels good in your body. We’ll link postures together in a way that’s mindful, and accessible, with options for everyBODY. Expect a mix of energy and ease, moments to pause, and plenty of space to listen to what your body needs. You’ll leave feeling grounded, uplifted, and more at home in yourself. Beginners are welcome and you can do as little or as much as you want. Just come as you are.
Donna Noble is an internationally recognised yoga teacher, wellbeing coach, author, and speaker.
